Overprints on stamps used as revenues
An unknown number of the 1906 issue stamps, were overprinted for revenue purposes as:
Education tax, Judiciary Fee, additional Tax and Social Welfare.
It is not known to us the timing of overprints, but according to the dates
on the document, we can suggest 1907 till 1917 as the printing period.
